The City of Iron Mountain is in receipt of an application from Dunkin’ Brands for a variance in accordance with the Iron Mountain Zoning Ordinance for the property located at 1001 S. Stephenson Ave., Iron Mountain. The proposed project is located at, the former Ivy Manor, Lots 1,2 and 3 of Block 16, St. Clair’s First Addition to the City of Iron Mountain. The Zoning Board of Appeals will meet to consider a reduction in the frontage requirement for a Special Condition Sign per City Ordinance Section 14-252(a)(7) from 150 feet to 147 feet on February 1, 2021, at 4:00 P.M. via zoom meeting. Written comments will be received at firstname.lastname@example.org and in the drop-box at Iron Mountain City Hall, 501 S. Stephenson Ave., Iron Mountain, Michigan 49801, until 4:00 P.M. on February 1, 2021.
