The City of Iron Mountain is in receipt of an application for a variance in accordance with Iron Mountain Zoning Ordinance Section 74-419 and Section 74-235 for the property located at 208 W. H Street. Paul & Melissa Sheldon are requesting a variance for a non-compliant fence to remain with an increased height and decreased opacity. A public hearing to consider this request is scheduled for Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 4:00pm, with the Iron Mountain Zoning Board of Appeals either via electronic meeting or in the Conference Room at City Hall, 501 S.
