The City of Iron Mountain is currently accepting affidavits and petitions from interested residents to serve on the Iron Mountain City Council as the Ward 1, Ward 2 and Ward 3 Council Member with a term to expire on November 17, 2025. Qualified candidates must be registered to vote in the ward they are running for and be a City resident for a minimum of six months. The City Council is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the City of Iron Mountain. Affidavits and petitions are available and may be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk/Treasurer, 501 S. Stephenson Ave., Iron Mountain, MI 49801, no later than Tuesday, April 20, 2021 at 4:00 p.m.
