Fire Safety House

The Fire Safety House (FSH) was purchased in 1992 with donations from local citizens, businesses, and fire departments. The FSH is operated and maintained by local fire fighters with fire prevention funding from the city and local donations.

The Fire Safety House Program offers a curriculum for ALL ages, and is especially suitable for ages 6 thru 12. The FSH is available for schools, civic groups and special events. Scheduling is on a first come first serve basis, and may be either in station or on location if desired.

To schedule the FSH for your event call 774-0622 between the hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm.

  • General fire safety

* Nontoxic smoke may be used during demonstration, permission slips may be required*
