The Iron Mountain City Council will receive public input regarding the passage of a proposed ordinance amendment to Chapter 14, Zoning, Article IV, Special Provisions, Section 74-432, Medical Marihuana Facilities regulating the production, processing, sale and distribution of medical marihuana and Chapter 14, Businesses, Article VII, Medical Marihuana Facilities, Section 14-300 regulating the permitted locations for medical marihuana facilities at the City Council meeting on May 6, 2019, at 6:00 P.M.
